What this covers
This policy covers classroom and live-online training fees paid at techcadd’s Ludhiana campus. No payment is collected through this website itself — enquiries here lead to an admission conversation with a counsellor, and it is the signed admission form you complete at that point, not this page, that is the binding agreement. This page explains our general approach; where the two differ, your signed form governs.
Before your batch starts
If you cancel within 7 days of payment and your batch has not yet begun, you are entitled to a refund of your course fee minus a non-refundable registration component (placeholder: 15% of the fee), which covers admission processing, your seat being held, and any study material already issued to you.
After your batch starts

Never refundable
- The registration component described above
- Printed material, kits or software licences already issued to you
- Examination or certification fees already paid to an outside body on your behalf
- Bank or payment-gateway charges incurred on the original payment
If we cancel or reschedule a batch
If techcadd cancels or materially reschedules a batch you are enrolled in, you can choose to transfer to another batch, switch to a different course of equal value, hold the fee as credit against a future course, or take a full refund — including the registration component, since the cancellation was ours, not yours.
How to request a refund
Email info@techcadd.com or ask at the campus, with your name, the course and batch, the payment date, and the reason for withdrawal. We will confirm what applies to your case and the amount, if any, before processing anything.
